I always wanted to be a photographer...
But it was something that I didn't pursue until later in life. I thought I had to fit what society considered "normal," so my "work life" began in the Veterinary World.
the veterinary world did NOT fill my cup!
After 10 years of working in the Veterinary world and realizing that it wasn't the place for me, I said "See ya!" Then I began my business journey in the wedding photography world!
I started with photographing weddings.
Weddings are fast-paced, stressful, and sometimes the working conditions can be quite wild! Weddings come and go so fast for the couple, and for me too! I like building connections with couples and in the fast-paced wedding world, it's hard to do!
I focus on elopements because they allow me to capture intimate, authentic moments while working closely with couples like you.
Now it's about elopements & being creative!
I enjoy wedding planning and photographing, but with a wedding, there is no way I can be in two places at once. With elopements, I can be. So I can take your vision, dream up your day for you, plan it all, create your day, coordinate it all, and photograph it for you!

Not only is Rick an amazing photographer and has his own creative eye, but he’s also my adventure partner! He helps me scout stunning locations and makes sure your experience runs smoothly!
And he's the one who can do the officiating too!
Rick is also my officiant! So when you bring on a husband and wife team for your day, Rick will officiate your ceremony so you won't have to find an officiant to hike that gnarly trail or ride the slopes with you!
